D.ENERGY'S TOASTER IS A HIGH-QUALITY EQUIPMENT THAT MEETS THE MODERN REQUIREMENTS OF MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY. THE TOASTER IS A NECESSARY EQUIPMENT OF EXTRACTION WORKSHOPS THAT PRODUCE OILS AND IS INTENDED FOR REMOVAL OF SOLVENTS, DRYING AND DRYING.

Degreased in the extraction process meal may contain from 25 to 40% solvent and water. The solvent is in the meal in a bound state, in the form of a local. It is removed by distillation. Distillation of the solvent from the meal is carried out in vat evaporators (toasters), in which the meal is treated with hot steam with stirring.

The toaster is a vertical column consisting of several compartments (vats), the walls of which are heated by steam. The vats are mounted one above the other and made of low carbon steel.

Tubs are equipped with inspection windows, inspection doors with a lining of a sealant, unions for control and measuring devices. Each vat has a rectangular hole through which the meal moves from compartment to compartment.
The meal enters the upper part of the toaster, and enters the heated steam vats (s) of the pre-distillation, where they are evenly distributed with stirrers. The meal is moved from one vat to another through special holes. The upper vats are called pre-distillation vats, as heat from the heated surface of the vault is used to heat the hexane vapor from the meal without moistening. The main (medium) vats provide heating, both deaf steam and from contact with hot steam to remove the bulk of the solvent from the meal and the necessary moisture for toasting the meal. The combination of a slight increase in humidity and temperature provides the necessary nutritional characteristics of the meal. Each tank has spacer tubes for the passage of vapors from one tank to the next. The number and position of such holes are precisely calculated to ensure optimal contact of vapors with meal. The vapors move countercurrent to the movement of the meal. The meal levels in these vats are regulated by gravity flows, by which the meal is moved down the toaster unit. The hot steam supply tank is equipped with a sluice gate of a special design, with the drive with adjustable speed for maintenance of necessary level in installation.

The movement of meal is regulated automatically (rotary valve, gate valve). The design of control valves allows to change the level of meal in each tank at a continuous mode of operation without stopping of the equipment. Each vat is equipped with one or more stirrers, which are rotated by a common shaft running through the entire toaster.

The temperature of the source products can be adjusted manually or with an automatic control system.

The electric motor of the toaster is controlled by a frequency converter, which allows to achieve the highest quality of meal, as well as reduces the load on the power distribution network of the enterprise.

The toaster automation system uses Camozzi pneumatic equipment, YTC position transmitters, level alarms in Pepperl + Fuchs vats.

The toaster shaft is equipped with a speed sensor. The delivery set includes a sealed shutter latch at the inlet of the product to the toaster, which in the event of an emergency will prevent the ingress of hexane vapor from the extractor to the toaster or sharp steam from the toaster to the extractor. A KROHNE rotameter is installed to control the hexane supply.
