TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PRESSES OF THE FIRST PRESSING

Presses of this design are designed for pre-compression followed by extraction, or as a preliminary step before the second extraction. The walls of the chamber consist of strips placed in the chamber so that between them there are narrow gaps for the release of pressed oil. The auger shaft consists of separate screw separated by intermediate washers and dividers.

By reducing the volume of material in the press module there is an increase in pressure, which squeezes the oil from the pressed mass. The oil flows through the slits around the perimeter of the zero chamber. Accumulated oil sent for cleaning. Through the output sleeve, the cake is removed from the screw press.

The press is designed to squeeze oil from oilseeds by hot pressing, especially oilseed rape, sunflower and other oilseeds.

The presses for the second extraction are designed for the final extraction without further extraction. It is also possible to convert them without great expense in the press.

Due to the reduction of the volume of material in the press module there is an increase in pressure. The pressed oil flows down through cracks on perimeter of a chamber. Accumulated oili is sent for cleaning. Through the output sleeve, the cake is removed from the screw press.
